Pros
The rug arrived timely, in a box and folded. It isn't soft but it is easy to vacuum. The only downside is that my pure white cat loves laying on it, so it needs to be vacuumed often!

Theres several lines of indentation from where it was rolled from about a quarter from the center. I vacuumed these once received and the vacuum easily picked up the cheap threads and destroyed the rug before i could even use it. My vacuum is a lightw... Read More
They are cheaply made and poor quality. Am going to try to contact seller for a refund. Never buy this rug.

Because the rug was folded when shipped it is hard to straighten out the folds

I wouldnt call this rug soft as it asks when your giving stars but its not rough either
