Pros & Cons

The AI used to provide these results are constantly improving. These results might change.

Pros

Weight is accurate and i like how the scale tells you the delta or change day to day. Visor is very clear and even being nearsighted i can clearly see the measured weight. Bf%, muscle mass, bone mass, body water%.

Syncing and wifi. I like that it synchs with my garmin watch and phone app. It works great with the app to provide consistent tracking of progress.

The scale does what i want, but only when it wants to. When it does, however, it works wonderfully. Works as advertised. Works great except for two things.

This is the first scale i’ve ever used that reports those numbers, so i have no idea how accurate they are. Lots of useful health info.

Cons

Garmin totes" is garbage. The weight fluctuates by as much as 11lbs in a few minutes. You can't switch the weigh in to another person.

Quality

High quality seems very accuratenice integration via the connect app

Amazing amount of features and data it provides for you

Been using for a month or two and haven’t had any connectivity issues

I read so many reviews about supposed 34errors34 in the bodyfat readings of this scale i was ready to not get the scale at all

Price

A little pricey but nice if you also have a garmin watch and have all your stats available in a single location

Its a bit expensive if you are just looking at weight loss and you might be able to just get by with a regular scale

Competitiveness

Since we both have garmin watches and the garmin bp monitor it is nice to have all of our health data in one place

It didnt even display my ssid when i could see other similar ssids broadcast

The fitbit scale is pretty accurate and the garmin scale came back with the exact same bmi and body fat the fitbit measured

Other than that it syncs fine with the garmin connect app
