Cons

Then it went vegan and now it doesn't come out burgundy, it is safety orange! It is hideous! Now i need to find a different hair color that gives me the deep burgundy shade. My scalp feels so itchy after coloring now.

The new formula is so thick that it is difficult to squeeze out of the applicator tip. It splatters when it shoots out the bottle. It comes out of a hard plastic bottle in a thick white paste with clumps. Color silk is a much better product.

What a mess, this is inexcusable. Not acceptable. This item is misleading.
