Pros

Extremely satisfied with this product. It's irritating, but for me, it's not a deal breaker. This price beats normal local prices, here.

Cons

Deep cherry black burgundy isn't burgundy 42. There was no beautiful shine when dry. A week later, my skin still has a faint stain, and my scalp seems better, but my hair is shedding like crazy.

The new ultra creme formula is absolutelyawful! The new formula is very thick. I find the new version “ ultra crème’ to be very frustrating to apply.

It starts out ok but the liquid gets thicker and thicker. It is difficult to get out of the applicator and does not flow nicely into the hair.

The product smells bad upon rinsing out your hair. The scent is the normal chemical like hair color scent. The product which used to spread easily is now gummy and hard to spread around.

This is horrible! Will never use again.

I have been a blonde and a brunette and this brand of color always gives me the true color it has on the box.

The conditioner they include is really a waste of packaging and not moisturizing enough.

I received the product with a damaged box.
