Since they changed the model on the box, it seems to be a different formula. It stains my face, where the old formula didn't. The coloring is not effective. My color is off, lighter and doesn't match and the product is horrible.

Difficult to apply- clumps-is more like dark jello. Causing allot of hair breakage and falling out. Wasnt creamy n oily and easily spreadable. The tube refuses to mix with the developer and looks like clumps of dried up toothpaste.

The updated version of this isn't the same as it once was. I believe that they are shipping products that are about to expire.
