Pros

Natural hair color is light brown with lighter reddish highlights. Match my shade and doesn't mess with my curls. I hope they keep making this shade! Coloring my hair.

The only con is that the color doesn't last too long, after 10 days i start seeing my roots. I get compliments daily on my hair color :) no ammonia, comes right off your skin too.

Easy to use, doesn't stink to high heaven. This seller whom i have been buying from has fantastic service in making sure one receives their products fast.

Cons

When my hair is dry, it becomes really frizzy, more curly (*) and hard to tame even with a flat iron. Didn't cover my gray at all. Made my hair look ashy black and didn't hide the grey.
