I first purchased this color in store but it has become impossible to find locally so now i have to leave it up to fate by ordering online which sometimes means receiving a damaged or bunk product

Note this is permanent box hair dye though it may fade it will not completely wash out over time you will not get your natural hair color back unless you grow it out

If you had an allergic reaction all over your body or head it is 100 your fault for not doing an allergy test

If you do not thoroughly saturate the hair completely soaked in product all the way through to every strand you will not get a good result
