Ive dropped one star because the fliptop lid had no seal over it and quite a lot of the toner had actually leaked out and soaked into the cardboard of the amazon packaging by the time i received it

Ive tested loads of loréal stuff ranging from wow this should be on the nhs to oh my golly goshthis is dreadful

Was leaking when i recieved it but the product is what it is

It feels quite cooling on the skin but a little drying on the normal skin areas so moisturiser is needed after application

This doesnt or didnt come in any kind of sealed container or box and when mine arrived it had leaked all over the box

Someone somewhere needs to reconsider how this item is sold via amazon because it really needs either a sealed foil cap you remove on receipt or a box to protect it
