The waistband is within a half inch of cksthe waist to crotch is is about an inch longerwhich means they will sit slightly higher on the waist ok with me

I would say size up because i also size up with calvs ive a 36 waist but get xlsso they arent super tight

While they are a bit stretchy i would say that they are quite a bit more on the supportive side

I would prefer that the pouch be a bit largerroomier or perhaps just wider towards the bottom as i find that while the family jewels are supported fairly decently they are not always covered fully with the side hem intermittently rubbing against the edge of the coin purse and it peeking out slightly on either side

Overall however these are not a bad set of bikiniboxer briefs if you want a more snugsupportive fit and seem to be accurate to the sport label in that regard
