Pros

Gaspari is my fav. Vanilla has a wonderful taste. My favorite is still the peanut butter cookie flavor.

One serving gives you 25 grams of protein. That's almost literal. Physical results are noticeable and impressive.

When our kiddos want a shake we use a 1/2 a scoop to 8 oz of milk. It mixes well in a shaker bottle with almond milk. Mixes well and tastes like a milkshake!
