Tastes great i only use half the amount for a 500 calorie shakei add nut butter and apple juice to add more calories

Sounds terrible but it is very delicious and 9001000 calories

I think this is why it doesnt mix good with a shaker its so sugary that the powder is sticky like cake mix so it creates these sticky clumps that dont mix in very well
