Unlike other glass shelves where the glass itself is connected to a couple of small hooks screwed into the wall this has a sturdy metal frame that is connected to the wall and the glass rests on top of it

Do not use a 516 drill as stated in directions as the anchor will be loose

A pair of support clips get attached to the wall easy to line up and make level then the shelf supports slide over them a set screw underneath on each support completes the installation

Only caveat while the front to back dimensions are indeed 6 inches the glass portion itself is only 414 inches deep not quite deep enough for one of those square vanity tissue boxes

The only reason i didnt give it 5 stars is that the glass is about 14 inch short on the length and width so the glass moves around
