Pros

Great towel holder and rack for a small wall or above toilet. Easy to install because you put the screws through it instead of using the standard hidden clips. Matches our gatco latitude mirror, glass shelf and toilet roll holder.

Cons

If one side is square the opposite side isn't! I wound up fudging between the two positions and it's good enough, but not great. There's a lifetime warranty for gatco products, but customer service hasn't responded to my request about the warranty cla... Read More

This replaced a two year old chrome version which was identical but had large rust areas on the bottom of the bars.

Price

It is a bit expensive for what it is but it looks great.

For $50, it's very light-weight as other reviews have mentioned, but seems to be doing the job.

Packaging/appearance

It arrived well protected in styrofoam packaging built for this rack.

This looks just as you would expect from a nice hotel!

Overall, the packaging tried to present it as an higher end product, but the lack of detail to certain things compromised that intent.

Competitiveness

However, still worth the purchased compared to other inferior products out there!
