The product page says there’s a lifetime warranty for gatco products, but customer service hasn’t responded to my request about the warranty claim. Buyer beware. Looks cheap, not the best installing either.

It does not look cheap, and was easy to assemble and install.
Love that it looks like and is a quality product.
The folded washed towels sit on the top rack and there are two staggered rails beneath for hanging towels in use.
I wish it had more shelf depth to better hold folded towels but i’d still choose it over the other choices out there.
Price
It is a bit expensive for what it is but it looks great.
