Not a deal killer as this is in a water closet but if this company makes towel hooks things that you may have in the open with other chrome accessories it might not match after a time

I do have two minor complaints as far as installation 1 no installation instructions were included although i was able to locate a copy online

While he may not have the finesse of his costlier brethren hes sturdy has a passable polished nickel finish and most importantly did not cost 15 of my mortgage

Large enough rod to get the tp roll on and off with out any effort unlike the previous one which was too big

The only thing that made it a bit tricky to install was that the set screw required an allen wrench which was supplied in the packaging
