Pros

It holds an extra large roll without needing to hand turn the first 10 feet off a fresh roll. It is handy to the sink so the towel is readily available. The large tp rolls fit perfectly and we have had no issues with the roll slipping off the end.

The only disadvantage is that you can't have the open end facing whichever way you want because on the underside of the bar is a screw. It looks good with any chrome fixture or accessory.

Cons

Product looks nothing like brushed brass. Looks more like polished nickel.

I looked at quite a few when choosing and i am extremely happy with this product.

We were so impressed with the quality & strength that we replaced the tp holders in the other 2 baths with this one.

I had trouble with the installation because where i wanted it required that it be installed upside down.

So the only way you can attach this to a wall is with the open end facing to the right.

Makes changing out the roll so fast and easy!

Competitiveness

It will last for many more years than comparable models for just an extra couple bucks makes this an excellent value.
