Also when the product was first shipped the towel bar was missing.

Easy to install and the price was cheaper than buying from anywhere else.

What i love about this towel rack is when you pull the back towel off the front towel stays in place.
Assembly/mounting was pretty simple and as expected for a towel rod.
Competitiveness
However, the space between the two bars is a ltitle tight if you are using thicker towels but we make it work.
