Remember just because you drain the radiator you are nowhere near having all the coolant removed from the system

The original tensioner bearings were very worn

As other reviews have said there is an alignment dimple missing on the water pump pulley connection and it makes it very difficult to get lined up given the tight clearance on 09 tuscon but this was the only issue
