One packet is plenty. Open the packet by hand and pour into a water bottle. Just add to their lunchbox with their water bottle or mix ahead of time.
The flavor isn’t exactly like orange zero; it tastes like tang. This grape isn't quite as prominent as the origional but with the zero sugar option it makes up for it. Their favorite flavor is grape.
Gatorade zero is a great way to stay hydrated and energized without breaking your fast. Even if you're someone who occasionally fasts, this is a good option to help you. It quenches thirst and is good during the toughest workouts.
Cons
Got really sick became dehydrated had to go to hospital and receive iv fluids to flush this out of my system.
Called for a refund.
Instead go with 4 packs to half gallon. This box was delivered 6/21/22. Not 0 grams of net carbs as before.
