Pros
It’s packed with the stuff you need to replenish after a workout. Taste the flavor is great overall, but others we have shared this with don't like it.
The value of purchasing this canister is awesome. Kids love it and it is way cheaper than buying premade.
Cons
The further you go into the product the less potency it has the more the product it takes to equal the same strength and flavor because of the interaction between moisture in the powder inside.
The last two orders 3 out of the 8 have been damaged and non-returnable or refundable. Maybe it’s because i very seldom ask for refunds.

I mix this up and put in a cooler with ice a lot more affordable than the plastic bottle in the storeremember to eat food and drink water this is not a substitute for water in the heat it is electrolytes
