The only real downside is the sugar content. Other than that they taste great and make a nice quick meal bar if you don't feel like or have the time to cook or prep a meal. The cookies & creeme tastes pretty good and has a nice texture to it.
If you're looking for a great tasting bar that will aid your workout recovery, this is a wonderful option. Perfect way to start the day with protein bars that can be eaten on the way to school.
Chocolate chip takes ahh-maxing. Taste great, only 320 calories but 15 gems protein each bar.
Cons
This bar is not to be healthy, it’s just an oversized candy bar with protein. They are overloaded with sugar (28g) and calories (330). If you want sugar, this bar is for you. Pure sugar is the worse kind of carb.
These things are sooooooo horrible. They are horribly sweet. Horribly flavorless.
