Pros
Alginate is a smart approach imo. Work fast and don’t leave a horrid taste in your mouth. I prefer the berry flavour, as mint tends to make my condition worse.
Cons
The new consistency of the product and taste is disgusting. They also taste horrific compared to the mint ones. There are more natural ways of sweetening products if they really need sweetening.
