I accidentally ordered the american version first and it definitely doesn’t work as well as the canadian one

The tablets need to be thoroughly chewed before swallowing to activate foming the foam creates the gastric barrier

I had hoped maybe the american gaviscon would since it was liquid and the first heartburn medicine i found in europe that worked was the liquid sachets uk version but no it was useless

It will create a foamy texture in your mouth which can be uncomfortable if you have trouble with some textures but its quick and they dont work very well otherwise
