Pros
This one actually foams and floats to the top like it's supposed to. This is the only thing that consistently works to stop the uncomfortable feeling quickly. This foams up at least 5 times more than the * american version.

The cost is pretty prohibitive to me but so isn't the pain, i'm just glad something works.

The american version has aluminum and not even close to the same amount of alginic acid

You can apparently make your own with sodium alginate but i tried it and it doesnt foam up like this does so it does not work as well
