You can have it a bit loose all day long so you dont feel it and when you go to the gym or go for a run etc just move it higher up the forearm and because its stretchy it will stay snug

You should be wearing it 2 fingers width away from the wrist so not having to mess about with the strap while in casual or sport mode is a big plus

Also if it gets wet it will dry up pretty quickly

The only downside is that the quick release little metal things are not 100 snug and if you take the watch of your wrist the strap my come off hut as long as its on your wrist they wont move

Was nice and comfy but after a few weeks the metal bit on the strap seemed to lose its coating and made me go green
