Pros
They are very comfortable and the adjustment sizing is perfect. They are washable if using to workout etc. Super stretchy, comfortable and adjustable.
I rotate every couple of months and the stretchiness is good. Fits a small wrist but would also fit a bigger wrist.
Cons
L’idée est bonne mais le matériel n’est pas durable. Material ruins very quickly. Also a bit itchy.

I’ve been wearing an iwatch for a while and used the plastic band and the metal band but i found them both very uncomfortable and made my wrist sweaty and itchy

I think its better than the strap that came with the watch but you have to tighten it every time you put it on
