Pros
They are very comfortable and the adjustment sizing is perfect. Super stretchy, comfortable and adjustable.
Only negative is that overtime i find it loosens on my and i have to tighten it. I rotate every couple of months and the stretchiness is good.
Cons
L’idée est bonne mais le matériel n’est pas durable.

I don’t sweat so much like with the regular band.
I also swim with the band on, so maybe that’s part of the issue.

I bought these because i was getting the scrunchy kind but they kept stretching out too much and would end up being too big two weeks later

I’ve been wearing an iwatch for a while and used the plastic band and the metal band but i found them both very uncomfortable and made my wrist sweaty and itchy

I think its better than the strap that came with the watch but you have to tighten it every time you put it on
