When i received the chairs one of the two i ordered were missing a few screws on the caps of the x hinges

I contacted gci outdoor and told the rep on the tuesday i received them that i needed the missing screws before saturday because i was leaving for vacation

She told me they would be shipped immediately and i should receive them by thursday

Friday also no screws so i called the company to expressed my dissatisfaction and i would be shipping the chairs back to amazon when i return from vacation

Not 5 minutes after i hung up i received a call for andy telling me there was a misunderstanding and they were afraid i would not receive the screws before saturday so they actually overnighted me a completely new chair on thursday at no charge and i received it friday night
