This softens the light by just the right amount so now i am pleased. Last a 3-4 months without a problem.
I really wish contractors would provide closet lights. They work great / nice and bright. These are perfect for emergencies if you're power goes out or if you need to flood your house with light quickly.
Cons
Each bulb requires 6 aa batteries and come with double-sided adhesive pads which make them difficult to remove for battery replacement. The units come with batteries (6 aa), but they are cheaply made garbage.
However, the toggle switch is the wrong way for the way you mount it. These lights will not clothe you.

Super easy to install, comes with batteries and double sided tap or screws to mount.
They are really bright and great quality.
Go to ebay, buy a smakn transformer, 12vdc to 9vdc, and wire that rascal in place of the batteries!
Good lights, battery life is pretty normal for a bunch of aas, adhesion is good but makes it hard to change the battery's

They work real nice im happy with the product but i think they go threw batterys fast i think i havent had them long enough to really stand by that thoe but that do work very good

Rather than having both lights work from the same single radio switch—and risk both draining batteries if someone forgets to turn one off—i gave my better half the closet radio switch and use the independent integral switch on the light in my own office closet

If you work either fixture independently you’ll have to remember which way to push the little switch to turn it off rather than to “radio

The only other negative thing is that the light is a harsh bluish white like that from the first really ugly cfls

But that’s not too much to bear to avoid running for a flashlight whenever you want to read or see things in a closet
