Easy installation and the lamp is has worked perfectly so far. Works perfectly with metal socket lamp. The socket screw is more positive than the other one on the market.

These things have a design flaw of some sort. Standard bulb seems to work best.

This works great with my old lamp that i made when i was in middle school.

Three light levels and on and off with a touch of any of the metal on the lamp.

Just make sure the grounding screw firmly touches the outside of the metal light bulb socket or it will not work properly.

Price

For the price these are an effective way to convert your metal lamps to touch lamps.

Shipper was prompt and i have no problem with this.

Competitiveness

I would give it a four, but once had a similar device that would provide four light levels (one made an ideal night light).

The best part is that the socket screw is more positive than the other one on the market.

The ge led bulb is non-dimmable but the philips one is.
