Pros

Good quality, toasts well and the spring for the handle & pop up function feels sturdy! The manual and bagel settings work well. It's easy to empty the crumb tray.

Good quality stainless steel looks great in the kitchen. Nice looking on the countertop. This toaster is heavier and has a larger base.

Cons

Toasts inconsistently. Appears that the inside coils toast and the outside ones do not. While frozen waffles once toasted beautifully at setting 4, now the setting needs to be at 7.

Worked intermittently for some time, but now just shorts out. Returned the product to amazon for a refund. As others have said, this toaster is defective.

It could look like it was designed by a class of kindergarteners, as long as it did it's job. The toaster is very light and feels flimsy. It is big and bulky.

The heating elements are spaced equally apart so all areas the slice of bread are toasted consistently.

Got sick of using our toaster oven as a toaster (kind of ironic) since it takes 7 to 9 minutes to toast a piece of bread.
