Pros

Pay particular attention to the wiring diagrams especially if setting up three or four way switches. Make sure you read the directions on the wiring, it is a bit different than wiring a regular switch on a three way application. The backwire is secure... Read More

The switches appear to be durable. The newer ones are more resilient to the surges. The only issues used to occur when there is a big surge.

Cons

Both of the ge units received were defective. The failure seems to be of the relay or solenoid that completes the electrical circuit since i can faintly hear the switch operate. Had to setup as a generic device.

Lack of support on a saturday is unforgiveable. They burn out like clockwork after 3 years. The warranty on these terrible devices is 2 years.
