Pros

The quick wiring insert in the back is designed for 14/2 solid core copper wiring. This switch works perfectly. Very easy to install.

Toggle is just the right resistance.

Cons

The switches internals are now loose and the switch only works if you hold it directly centered. These switches have terrible connections. Hard to install to spec. Don't need stff this confusing.
