The plug along one side up upside down. I have better results with a power bar when it comes to keeping furniture from being poked.

It is a good adapter as long as you do not use nonregular plugs like those from air condition because it will block by the wall due to the design

Typically you cant fit 6 plugs next to each other when using other products that have horizontally aligned 6outlets
