Pros

The coloring for the backlighting is a nice light blue. The glow in the dark functionality is a bonus. And that back light helps our a ton at night.

The only thing it doesn't work with is my epson projector. Works well with my lg tv, denon avr and my * cable dvr box.

This remote is easy to program and is inexpensive. If you're looking for one that supports an odd-ball manufacturer, this is likely your best bet. Setup is so easy.

I am very pleased, and it is helping keep down the clutter. Solid product. Body seems made very well. Great build quality with good material.

Cons

The biggest drawback to this remote is the lack of a "back" button. While this works as my backup to my backup, it certainly isn't the remote i reach for. There are only 3 codes for denon and none of them work.

I lose the ‘voice’ ability from the xfinity box/remote, but save $10 a month.

It does the job for $10 but we have already started looking for another because we didn't know how much we would miss the other functions.

I recalled that the cox equipment was made by arris, so i tried that and it worked pretty well.

It has a long list of codes for different name brands of electronics.
