Pros

It works really well! Cools nicely. I'm glad i waited until the later part of the summer because the pricing was perfect.

Overall, it seems quieter than some other window acs i have had. The only downside is that it does have a low humming when its on.

Small unit is powerful enough for large room if you add a fan to circulate the cool air. I have this in an upstairs office that turns into a sauna in the summer. It truly keeps my upstairs bedroom chilled.

Sq feet 1,944. Sq ft. On side of house that really bakes in the sun. Works well for bedrooms. Perfect for a small room or den/office.

Under level 5, it's a gentle cool breeze that keeps the room a nice temperature. Level 7 gets quite chilly, really quick. Warmth doesn’t apply, coolness does.

Cons

Unit blows hot air most of the time. Lots of rattling inside the unit like loose screws or something. I have larger lg window unit that make an acceptable amount of noise but nothing like this, you have to yell over it!

Well, it doesn't have an electronic thermostat - no way to control and keep the temperature at a given value.

I've never maxed it to level 10 except for once and i nearly froze myself.

Other than that i do recommend, great ac for the price!

For the money, it’s an awesome little unit to keep you cool at night!

It's a really great deal for a very modest price.

Can't beat the price at $207 total.

They say "big things come in small packages" well this is one!

Competitiveness

I guess that was the tradeoff - a more well known and established brand rather than advanced features.

My previous tcl aircon broke so i decided to go for more of a known brand.
