Pros
The compactness is wonderful and work wonderfully. This thankless water heater seems very sturdy and well built. The packaging and documentation are really clear about the capabilities and limitations of these products.
The ge tankless hot water heater is awesome for delivering hot water. The temperature is accurate and it heats up quickly. The instructions say to run the nearby faucet before starting.
The ge unit installs easily and does not take up much space. The controls are easy to use and so far it has worked flawlessly.
Ge appliances 3. G per minute use. Looking forward to see if there’s a noticeable difference on our electric bill.

This is a very well made super high-quality item.
It was very difficult, frustrating, and time consuming to get it to fit.
This is made for just one thing in your home or rv be that the shower (where i used mine) or the sink.
Price
A money and a space saver and for singles and couples, really good.
That said, unless you are a qualified electrician and plumber, this is not a do it yourself job, and there are outside costs involved.

If you read the specs and know what youre getting and do a little bit of research so you know exactly what this thing is and isnt capable of then you should be more than happy with it

This is not a powerhouse water heater by any stretch of the imagination

Its not going to get scalding hot and its really dependent on the temp of the water feeding into it

If youre in a colder climate or if you want a solution for hot water in the winter you might want to go with a more powerful unit

Id been wondering for years if these things would be a serviceable replacement for traditional pool heaters but theyre not at least not the 3

Just as a test before i mounted it in the poolhouse i ran a hose from this to the pool and let it run for a little bit and it really didnt make a dent in the temperature of the whole pool
