The ge unit installs easily and does not take up much space. It uses a triple pole 40a breaker (3x40a) there were also many hours running the wiring, changing the breakers in the panel, and changing the plumbing.

This thankless water heater seems very sturdy and well built. The compactness is wonderful and work wonderfully.

They have really gone down in price over the years.

You'd have to run this way too long to get a noticeable temperature change and it'd cost you a fortune on your electric bill.
