Pros
It handles most average rooms very well in every mode. Cools up to a 350 ft room.
The included remote is useful for controlling the unit and it has large readable *. I also love that it has a timer and remote. The remote works well and the controls are very understandable.
The fan is pretty powerful. The unit operates quietly, ensuring minimal disruption during use. The fan has decent velocity, and does fine cooling our 300 sq ft bedroom.
It looks pretty sleek. It feels sturdy and durable. The sleek appearance adds a touch of elegance to my room.
One of the standout features of this portable air conditioner is the auto evaporation technology. The energy efficiency is commendable. The only ding for me is the whole self evaporating feature.

This unit is way louder than the claimed 52 db, even on fan only mode.
I have an old bedroom that is poorly insulated and has really bad reach for the ac and the floorboard heating is also broken.

This a/c unit is pretty good for the price it gets plenty cold, and i haven’t had to empty out the water at all yet which is great.

Likely it would be an off brand so the cost is going to be your preference of brand name vs more cooling area.
Worth mentioning that the included insulation isn't very good and you are better off getting some from lowes or home depot.

Regardless this puts out a ton of cold air and when i was timing it it dropped the room temperature by roughly a degree every minute and a half when testing this and starting at 7075 degrees

I realize these are usually all plastic but when using screws and attaching to a window it really seems like some of this should be thicker plastic aluminum or something that is sturdier

At this acs rough overall price it isnt an inexpensive option and i wish that the window kit it came with was a bit higher quality in general

It worked out fine but i definitely had to make some slight modifications to make sure it was sturdy and not going to rip right back out of the window

I did end up screwing directly into the metal frame around a window and additionally used some nano tape in places where there were gaps and where there was too much movementwiggle and used weather stripping that i ordered separately which was a denser and higher quality foam

The weather stripping that it came with was all tied together and was basically useless so i had to order my own weather stripping

This again isnt a huge deal but you would think for a nicerpricier product it would have decent weather stripping included
