The scale has a really nice attractive look and is fairly lightweight. Even though it takes batteries, i've had the same batteries in it since i put them in on day one and after 2 months, still working. This product is awesome.

The readout is a bit difficult to read if you're nearsighted but it's doable. It has a wonderful tempered glass top in a very neutral, gray color, and it has a compact form that fits under any cabinet. Very strong tempered glass.

The app calculates your bmi daily when you step on the scale and tracks it. It's based on your height, age and bodyweight. With this feature it beats the top rated most affordable consumer reports scale.

It seems to be very accurate, and it calibrates itself as soon as you turn it on. Four subtle, almost unnoticeable balancing feet make this a much more stable scale than others of its ilk.

Having to change batteries every month and a half is unacceptable. Take the batteries out and re-set, does not help. If that doesn't work it is defective.
