Pros

Many of the other less expensive devices seem to disconnect at will. The written instructions are so in, including the 3 way add-on product. Can control via alexa. There are some careful instructions to avoid mis-wiring.

Cons

Says zigbee/zwave compatible, however to be compatible it requires another component, it's like selling a wifi computer that needs a wifi card. Instructions are incomplete and there is no amazon returns.
