Pros

Pay particular attention to the wiring diagrams especially if setting up three or four way switches. They have the newest technology called simplewire which allows you to use the line or load interchangeably.

The switches appear to be durable. Some are the standard switch, some are dimmers and some are paddle faced.

Issue is a tiny 10uf 25v capacitor that is going bad after a momentary power outage or tripped breaker. They either start making flicking or popping noises when the internal relay dies.
