It doesn't have many bells and whistles, but the unit is built well and the cable is heavier rubber as compared to my stock 120v charger.

Compared to my ford stock 120v evse, it cut charge time from 5 hours 10 minutes to 1 hour 58 minutes.

Cost, aesthetics, ease of use and the warranty made this an easy buy.

Competitiveness

This charges the car in 4 hours and it's a fraction of the price of some of the others.

Works great with our ford cmax energi.

Also, i couldn't find any other evses that could go all the way up to this amount of power at such a low cost.

Other than that it's a great unit.
