Repair guy said poor design such that the seal is near impossible to replace such that hed probably have to replace entire tub assembly with motorgears

Its junk and i will throw it out once i find another product that operates with a tolerable noise level which will fit in my limited space

I did not purchase this from amazon but felt that any potential buyers need to be warned that this unit is a lemon
