Pros

Running my 3/4 240v pool pump. Does the job and the housing is sturdy. Saved me money from forgetting to turn the pump off at night. Added to the overall safety of my pool setup.

The first one was damaged in shipping somehow. This one has a metal box w gasket and the board is removable for installing the box.

Cons

The rotor wheel breaks off after 6 months more. Most reviewers review before 30 days. You feel like the reviewer is over exaggerating.

Who is the * that created the instructions? I guess this would happen if you were not electrocuted by wiring it up as instructed.

Installation and instructions are not very clear for diy user. Once installed and programmed the unit worked well for a whole 3 weeks then burnt out. Timer and clock function quit working bypassed the timer completely.
