Pros
This amplifier delivers. The amplifier increases the signal strength measured on my hdhomerun by about 25%. The amp also has a red led to show that it is powered.
Cons
Be forewarned, this isn't for everyone. Center pin on the tv end is too large for most coax connectors. Will probably return it.
The signal is either non-existent or pixilated like crazy. Went from 35 channels to nothing. Completely un-viewable tv channels.

I'm not technical at all and had it set up and rescanning channels in a few minutes.
Price
What this device is very low cost, it performed very well in my situation.
And if you can't afford anything else, this will probably take care of you.

They were quick with a refund when i returned it, so i'm glad i was able to try it out.
Competitiveness
I tried many amplifier, antenna signal boosters and tv antennas, this device is simply the best.

Despite this i was able to pick up over 100 channels with just this device and the digital television itself

If there had been zero obstructions to the broadcast signals i would probably have been able to pick up every channel in the area

I would suggest that you place this antenna as high as you can even if you have to buy an antenna cable extender
