Pros

The sound of the alarm is loud enough to alert neighbors. The alarms come with an adhesive (similar to command strips) to install.

Two modes, chime and alarm. They have a 'chime' mode that just dings twice, but the actual 'alarm' itself could be just a bit louder.

Cons

Purchased “repacked” items. They werent just repacked, they were clearly used and then returned. Faulty unit. I suggest people think about this long and hard before purchasing these.

The alarm option is shrill but it's not loud enough either. When she activates that alarm, its so loud it hurts your ears. This thing lets out a loud, earsplitting alarm that sounds the entire time the door is ajar.
