Pros

Works perfectly fine, had a couple scratches. Easy to work with just don't shock your self by not turning the power off. Good value.

It is porcelain so don't over tighten the mount screws. Easy to install. Little handiwork skill required to install, but instructions are clear.

Use if for additional light fixture in furnace compartment and as uv lamp outlet! Just a basement fixture but solid porcelain base and worked as expected.

Cons

The piece was poorly made with a lot of blemishes in the porcelain. They seem nice but no insulation or bubble wrap.
