I waited for this to arrive with serious trepidation ready to have problems.
Anyway, my husband installed it almost immediately after it arrived in the mail, so it's been up and running for a little over a month now.
Packaging/appearance
Plus, the faucet that's included looks really nice and fits in perfectly with my kitchen.
The package contains everything needed for a proper install other than a drill.
But i can understand if they got open box items.

My recommendation would be to have a helper with you when installing it as climbing in and out of under the counter gets very tiresome

This system uses an air gap and if that air gap gets clogged it can start to leak at the faucet
