Pros
If you have older wiring with no neutral wire, this is the timer for you. Still working in our bathroom 2 years later. Ensure the load and line are correctly connected.
As most reviewers have reported, installation is a breeze. Easy to install. Have the right tools.
Cons
My main gripe is with the muddled, incomplete,garbled operating instructions.

If it doesn't, try switching the load and hot wires - my house had the red and black reversed for no good reason.

Good product for the price and works great!
I wanted one for our other bathroom, but the price has doubled since last time.
However, the price you must pay is that other buttons are smaller but it has not been a problem for me.

Then by chance i waited a few minutes and all of a sudden it worked.

So far so good it came securely packaged, it was an easy install with all connections and face plate provided.
The size of the black box on this unit made it hard to fit into the wall junction box.

Just as advertised this timer works on installation were only the hot wire is fed down from and back to the fan only a single 142 cable going to the switch box

Depending on how many wires are in your box already it may be a bit of a struggle installing as it takes up more room than a standard switch as to be expected
